Falat Ghareh DI’s civil and structural department offers design and detail engineering services for process plants, power plants, refineries, oil and gas plants, air separation plants, petrochemical industries, fertilizer plants, steel plants, cement plants, and infrastructure facilities, among others. Our staff has prepared design calculations and detailed drawings, bar bending schedules, and bill of materials consistent with international standards for:
- Preparation of design basis
- Preparation of project specification
- Reinforced concrete framed structures
- Pile and conventional foundations
- Equipment and machinery foundations
- Concrete storage silos and large diameter storage tank foundations
- Retaining, dyke, and boundary walls
- Cable and pipe trenches and tunnels
- Roads, pavement, grading plans, and drainage systems
- Gates, compound walls, and fencing
Falat Ghareh DI has also completed design calculations and detailed structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and bill of materials consistent with international standards for:

- Steel framed buildings and superstructures
- Pipe and cable rack structures, conveyor galleries, trestles, stack supporting structures, and platforms
- Large diameter / size storage sheds
- Turbine houses and workshop buildings
- Switch yards and transmission line towers
Our engineers have expertise in related activities such as review of design criteria, review of contractor design documents and drawings, and project coordination.
They are experienced in the use of a variety of supporting software including STAAD.Pro, STAADRAM, SACS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Tekla Structures (Xsteel), MAT 3D, Foundation 3D, InRoads, Architectural Desktop, BOCAD, and Intergraph’s PDS FrameWorks Plus for modeling.
